Focus on the Family Parenting Teens: https://www.focusonthefamily.com/parenting/teens
We firmly believe that the greatest parenting resource ever created is the Bible. In fact, all other resources we recommend are biblically based. The Bible gives insight into why our children rebel and sin, why we ourselves become so frustrated and angry when our children rebel, and gives guidance to many of life’s most difficult issues, all starting with faith in Jesus Christ. Your children are faced with questions and challenges on a daily basis. The best place they could turn is God’s Word. You can set the example by modeling dependency on God through consistently reading His Word. Follow along with our church reading plan at firstmoultrie.org/rttb.
Join a Connect Group. We have Connect Groups available for all ages. It is through these groups that you will learn dependency on God’s Word, find connection to other believers facing the same or similar life circumstances and issues as you, and ultimately be connected to your purpose as a follower of Christ.
